[Source: Eurogamer] Atlus Rumoured to Be Working on SEGA Ports “Don’t Rule Out Yakuza 5″ UPDATE Atlus Debunk RumourFebruary 3rd, 2014UPDATE Jason Schreier of Kotaku has apparently been in contact with Atlus USA who have said that they are unaware of any work being done on a Yakuza 5 port. He adds that, “they’re not a big company and they just announced like 4 new Persona games. Seems pretty unlikely to me.” Are Atlus USA covering up a leak or is this EGM just speculating? Thanks to TimmiT for bring this information to our attention. ORIGINAL STORY SEGA’s acquisition of Atlus may result in one of the most fan-requested ports in recent years. Rumours posted in this month’s EGM magazine confirm that Atlus is working on ports for SEGA and that we shouldn’t “rule out Yakuza 5 coming to America under the Atlus banner”. Nothing has been confirmed at this time and it’s not clear whether EGM are just speculating or whether they have some insider information, but the feature comes with the huge Yakuza 5 header which hints that the magazine might know more than they’re letting on.
