SEGA of Japan have announced a new 3DS RPG called Hero Bank. The game’s premise is to make as much money as possible in a cyber sport called Hero Battle. The game is released in Japan on December 19th and no Western version has been announced at this time. 4 new Game Gear titles have been added to the 3DS eShop and are available to download now. The games are: Sonic the Hedgehog Shining Force fans will also know that Shining Force: The Sword of Hayja was remade along with Shining Force Gaiden and released as Shining Force CD for the Mega-CD. Online Dreamcast game Planet Ring has been brought back online thanks to a talented bunch of Dreamcast enthusiasts. The fine people at DC Emuluation have managed to develop a custom piece of software called The EarthCall Project which bypasses the need for a Dream Key and allows you to play Planet Ring on private servers.
