A new trailer for The Final Horizon update for Sonic Frontiers has landed showcasing a brief look at the new story that will unfold. This new DLC pack is completely free to all owners of Sonic Frontiers and is promising a new story, new playable characters and new challenges. Sonic Frontiers will receive another free update on September 28th 2023 called The Final Horizon. This latest update brings a new playable story campaign, alongside new playable characters and exclusive new challenges. You can watch a trailer showcasing what to expect via the embed below:
Sonic Frontiers originally released back in November 2022 and has received multiple free content updates since March 2023. Sonic Frontiers was developed by Sonic Team and is available on Switch, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
Sonic Superstars now has a firm release date of October 17th 2023. This latest 2D take on the Sonic formula is heading to PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Switch and its big focus is on co-operative multiplayer with up to 3 friends. In addition to the new trailer and release date, Sonic Superstars will have a digital deluxe edition that will include a set of Lego Sonic skins, a rabbit skin based on one of Sonic’s original character designs, a Mecha Sonic skin for use in battle mode, a digital art book, a digital mini soundtrack and bonus wallpapers for use of the main menu. The standard edition of the game also comes with some bonuses: a Lego Eggman skin, an acrylic display stand and a reversible cover with alternative artwork.

LEGO content will be added to Sonic Superstars featuring Sonic the Hedgehog and Dr. Eggman minifigs. Pre-ordering the game now gives players access to an exclusive Dr. Eggman character skin. A trailer showing the Sonic and Eggman minifigs in action can be seen below:
It is currently not clear as to what this LEGO content in Sonic Superstars will entail. While the trailer showcases Sonic and Eggman minifigs, it’s only the Eggman one that is currently confirmed as a character skin at the time of writing. Hopefully the DLC will extend to more than just character skins but we’ll have to wait and see.

The Jet Set Radio DLC for Roller Champions launches on June 27th 2023. Roller Champions is available on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Switch as a free-to-play online sports game.
A new strategy spin-off to Persona 5 is coming exclusively to Microsoft platforms in the form of Persona 5 Tactica. This new entry in the series takes the form of a turn-based strategy game in a similar guise as Final Fantasy Tactics or XCOM: Enemy Unknown. GamesRadar have confirmed that Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth is the rebranded Like a Dragon 8 that was previously revealed back in September 2022. This also means the game is likely going to be launching on PS4 and PS5 in addition to PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
The next chapter in Ichiban’s journey through the Like a Dragon franchise is coming to Microsoft platforms in early 2024. This new entry in the series sees Ichiban wake up naked on a beach in North America. You’ve got to see it to believe it:
It is unclear at the time of writing if Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth is a rebranding of the previously announced Like a Dragon 8 or a new entry in the franchise. It is also unclear if this entry is Microsoft exclusive or if it will be coming to other platforms.
Atlus have revealed a new remaster of Persona 3 called Persona 3 Reload that will be coming exclusively to Microsoft platforms in early 2024. This includes Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
