Both games will be packaged together for 800 MSP for $4.99 on PSN. We’re currently looking for the UK prices and release dates but the North American releases will happen on November 6th on PSN and November 7th on XBLA.
Both titles come with achievements and trophy support as well as online co-op.
October 24th marks the release of 2 DLC packs for Hell Yeah! Wrath of the Dead Rabbit.
The first is the ‘Pimp My Rabbit pack’ (240MSP/£1.99). This adds over 50 masks for Ash and 11 driller skins which reference past SEGA franchises like Jet Set Radio, Super Monkey Ball, Shinobi and Crazy Taxi.
The second pack is titled ‘The Virtual Rabbit Missions’ (400MSP/£3.69) and it adds 50 new challenges for an additional 3 hours of gameplay.
Crazy Taxi us now available to download on iOS devices, but what’s more interesting is that the original Bad Religion/The Offspring soundtrack is now back in the game! The original soundtrack was previously missing from recent releases on XBLA/PSN/Steam as well as the PSP re-release Crazy Taxi: Fare Wars.
The game is currently priced at £2.99 on the UK app store. Now SEGA have reacquired the rights for the original soundtrack perhaps they can release a patch for the XBLA/PSN versions so we can all enjoy it? Here’s hoping!
Yuji Naka, the man behind Sonic the Hedgehog and his own Prope studio has re-released the rather charming Ivy the Kiwi? for iOS.
Obviously this isn’t a SEGA published game, but that same SEGA charm runs through it thanks to Naka-san’s involvement. The game is available now for £1.99 from the UK App Store.

SEGA’s Hardlight Studio has revealed that Viking: Battle for Asgard is being released on Steam next week.
Viking was originally released for X-Box 360 and PS3 back in 2008 and developed by The Creative Assembly. The game has been ported by Hardlight Studio which is a newly SEGA aquired studio based in Solihull, West Midlands UK.
Hardlight are also working on a new version of Sonic Jump for mobile devices.
This whole Danica Patrick collaboration with Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed is still very weird. If the appearance of Nascar driver Patrick alone wasn’t a bit bizarre then you’ll be even further confused to see the vehicle she’ll be driving.
In All-Stars Racing Transformed, Patrick will be driving a vehicle inspired by the Hot Wheels brand of model cars. An actual die-cast Hot Wheels model of the car will also be produced for general release during “the holiday season” (Christmas if you’re not American).
Archie Comics are finally releasing The Complete Sonic the Hedgehog Encyclopedia which acts as a comprehensive guide to the Sonic the Hedgehog Archie universe. This promises to be the most comprehensive guide to the Archie universe ever.
The 192 page, 6×9 paperback book will release in North America on October 30th with an RRP of $16.99.
IGN have some images from the book including the cover artwork that you can view by clicking here.
Archie comics are usually available in most good UK comic stores so make sure you keep an eye out for the book come October 30th.
How did I manage to miss this one!? A new game in the Zaxxon series has crept onto mobile devices! The game is called Zaxxon: Escape and unlike the orignal isometric shooter, this game is a third person, behind-the-ship affair (similar to After Burner) where you must tilt your device in order to squeeze through the openings. Check out the announcement trailer below:
The game is available to download now for iPhone, iPad and Google Play devices. A quick look on the iOS app store tells me the game is currently available for 69p in the UK.
