Platinum Games; the famed developers of SEGA published games Bayonetta, MadWorld and Vanquish have now entered an exclusivity deal with Nintendo. This is why Bayonetta 2 is being released for the Wii-U with SEGA acting in an advisory role only.
Platinum Games have also revealed a 2nd Wii-U title called ‘The Wonderful 101’. You can watch the reveal trailer below:
Platinum Games have also spoke about how they regret not handling the PS3 version of Bayonetta themselves and how the negative feedback they received helped them learn to handle both 360 and PS3 versions of their games in-house.
We’re back on The Community Spotlight for another edition of Fangame Focus! This time we’ve taken a look at the infamous classic Sonic Time Attacked released back in 2003:

The lucky folk at Games Radar got some hands on time with Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed for the Wii-U. Check out their off screen footage of the game in action below:
So yeah, apologies for the delay on this one! The Sonic Amateur Games Expo obviously ended on August 12th but because of me moving home this has been delayed!
Regardless, here is a run-down of the games we thought were the best at this year’s SAGE:
SEGA have confirmed that Rhythm Thief & the Emperor’s Treasure, the 3DS rhythm game in the vain of Space Channel 5 will be getting an iOS re-release at some point in the near future. The game will apparently be a free-to-play affair but you will have to dish out microtransactions for more content.
There is currently no word on an exact release date. More on this as we get it.
Hello everyone, Sonic Yoda here. A friend of mine suggested I keep you all in the know as to why the site has been quiet for such a long period of time and I thought that was quite a good idea!
So on the 28th of July I moved home and even though I’ve been in the new place for over a month me and my flat-mate are still sorting the last few things out. The main one is obviously the internet.
With any luck we should be live soon but there’s some strange fault with my line (apparently) so even though I should’ve gone live on Tuesday (4/9/12) I’m still having endless calls with my provider to get things sorted.
We have some cool content for you when we’re back though so don’t think we’ve been slacking. I have a feature video that includes all my favourite games from this year’s SAGE to still upload and then we’ll be doing another collaborative video with The Community Spotlight.
Once again, apologies for the long period of dead-time but hopefully we should be live and kicking again soon!
