PSN Plus subscribers who own a Vita are in for a treat this week; Jet Set Radio is free to download through the service for this week only. This is the HD remastered version of Jet Set Radio which is also available for X-Box 360, PS3, PC, iOS and Android. It launched back in November 2012. The Cave, the new digtal adventure game from Ron Gilbert of Monkey Island fame, will launch on XBLA, Steam and PSN on January 23rd. We only have US pricing for PSN and Steam which will be $14.99. It will now go live on December 7th along with the physical release. ORIGINAL STORY The PS Vita version of Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed has just been launched on the PSN store. The game is available to purchase and download for £34.99 in the UK. A physical release is expected on Friday. The product listing reveals the following features: – Ad Hoc Mode 2-8 Players There’s no word at this time what the motion sensor and touchscreen are used for but I’m guessing the motion sensor is used as an alternative control scheme (tilt to steer). The titles are available on XBLA and PSN for 400MSP and $4.99 respectively. UK pricing is £3.69 per game and European pricing is €4.49. Additional features include widescreen support and the inclusion of “lost” character Honey the Cat in Sonic the Fighters. A Western release is expected at midnight tonight. The iOS version will be available for £2.99 in the UK and $4.99 in the US. This version is controlled through virtual controls as iOS devices don’t have buttons. You can also take photos and use them as in-game graffiti tags.
