Those Sonic cameos just keep coming! Nintendo have revealed a new Mii outfit for Mario Kart 8 custom characters. The new outfit allows you to dress up your Mii in Sonic racing leathers and use a Sonic helmet. Interestingly the helmet looks quite similar to the Sonic masks you can buy in Toys ‘r’ Us:
This outfit will be available for Mario Kart 8 with the DLC update that goes live on April 23rd.
Rock n’ Roll Racing by Silicon & Synapse is a racing game in the RC Pro Am mold that features an isometric view point. The tracks are littered with weapons and power ups to help you get the upper hand on your fellow racers in a much more aggressive manner. Check out our video review of the game below:

You can now grab the latest port of the SEGA AM2 arcade-driving classic from the 3DS eShop and we suggest that you do because M2 have done a marvelous job in making this the definitive version of the game (and it’s portable!). Sumo Digital have put together a gallery of unused concepts for the original Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing.
As you can see above, Gillius was due to appear in the first game riding the Chicken Leg creature from the first Golden Axe. Sonic is also seen running around without a vehicle and Tails can also be seen a biplane similar to the original red Tornado design.

Chinese-developed arcade racer Storm Racer G will be making a UK appearance at the EAG Expo next week. The game is being developed by Wahlap with SEGA Amusements publishing and it looks pretty old school in its appearance and gameplay. The crashes are of the Outrun 2 variety (launching you into the air dramatically) and the graphics look a bit Dreamcasty.
