Toshihiro Nagoshi has revealed some details about the next Yakuza title in an interview with Dengeki PlayStation.
According to the big boss there will be significant improvements to the battle system with the overall feel of the game becoming more of a “physical experience”.
It has also been revealed that Yakuza 5 was the last title to be released on PS3. This means the series could now be coming to next generation consoles.
Those lucky Japs and their Phantasy Star! The PS Vita version of Phantasy Star Online 2 launches in Japan this month and there’s a new trailer to celebrate. Check it out below:
Phantasy Star Online 2 for PS Vita is not scheduled for a Western release. However, the PC version is still making its’ way here, but doesn’t have a release date at this time. We assume it should be sometime this year.
Now this is cool. SEGA’s Japanese exclusive MMO Samurai & Dragons is getting a new digital card back of girls that are themed around each of SEGA’s consoles. The art for the cards has been done by Kei, the artist famous for designing the look of Hatsune Miku. Check them out below:
SEGA’s Japanese exclusive racing series Initial D is headed back to the arcades for a 7th installment (that’s right, 7! Any chance of a Western release for some of these games, please SEGA?). The game is called Initial D Arcade Stage 7 AAX (bit of a mouthful) and there’s a new trailer available to watch now:
