Video Spotlight: New Transformers Human Alliance Trailer

One of SEGA’s latest arcade endeavors is the on-rails shooter Transformers: Human Alliance which was directed by Mr. Oga-Shi who is also responsible for such light-gun classics as Gunblade, Jurassic Park: The Lost World and Let’s Go Jungle & Island.

That last part is important because like those games there’s an awful lot of campy humour present in Transformers: Human Alliance as with the aforementioned games. Check out the new trailer to see what I’m on about:

Video Spotlight: Transformers Human Alliance Looks Like Gunblade

The first gameplay footage of SEGA Amusement’s Transformers Human Alliance has gone live and I’ll be damned; it looks like awesome-SEGA-arcade-light-gun-fun-times. What’s interesting is it reminds us of SEGA arcade classics Gunblade and LA Machineguns and it even includes that brilliantly cheesy dialogue that SEGA are so famous for (see games like House of the Dead for instance). Ryu Ga Gotoku Ishin launches on February 22nd 2014 for PS3 and PS4. It is currently Japan exclusive but a man can dream.

A new trailer has been revealed for Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Really Really Long Video Game Title Winter Games Sochi 2014. You can check it out below:

Also revealed is the official release date which is November 8th for the PAL regions and November 15th for the United States.

Sonic Boom 2013 took place in St Louis, Missouri on August 10th and saw Sonic fans gather at The Pageant for a day of Sonic-themed fun which included appearances by Crush 40, Takashi Iizuka and Kazuyuki Hoshino. You can see a short recap video of the day’s events below:

Are you ready for giant samurai, farming and chicken racing? Of course you are! The next game in the Yakuza franchise ‘Ryu Ga Gotoku Ishin’ has it all and it’s due to release on PS3 and PS4 on the 22nd of February 2014. The game will be a launch title for the PS4 and now we finally have some in-game footage of the title. The video reveals that there will also be remote play via PS Vita.
