Today we get our first look at a new Classic Sonic stage in Sonic Forces called Casino Forest. I bet you’ll never guess what two things this stage combines:

Sonic Forces is being developed by Sonic Team and it launches on November 7th 2017 for PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch.
A new trailer for Sonic Forces has gone live and it details more of the story that will feature in the game. Eggman appears to have conquered Sonic’s world but is clearly unsatisfied that he still isn’t rid of Sonic and his friends. This has lead him to awaken a new villain called Infinite who is helping Eggman and his army who are now encroaching on Sonic’s home in the Green Hill Zone.
Even though this new trailer is heavy on the plot, there is also lots of new gameplay footage to be seen. Check it out by clicking below:

A Certain Magical Virtual-On is the first new Virtual-On title in 14 years and it features characters from the Dengeki Bunko light novel series A Certain Magical Index. The game is being developed by Access Games and is due for release in Japan on the 15th of February 2018 for PS4 and PS Vita.
It’s been a while since we’ve seen any footage of Daytona Championship USA in action but now we’ve got a new trailer featuring direct feed gameplay. This new Daytona title is an arcade exclusive developed by SEGA’s UK amusements division and is currently on pre-order. Early machines have been seen in the wild at trade shows like IAAPA 2016. Yakuza 2 is finally getting the Kiwami treatment. Yakuza Kiwami 2 is due for release this December for PS4 owners in Japan and the Tokyo Game Show has brought us a new trailer showcasing the game’s story. Yakuza Kiwami 2 is a remake of the original Yakuza 2 with a seamless, open world city and an expanded story-line. Check it out below:

A new trailer for A Certain Magic Virtual-On has been unleashed at the Tokyo Game Show and we finally get our first look of the game in action. This title is a crossover game that features characters from the Dengeki Bunko light novel series A Certain Magical Index fighting it out in the mechs from the Virtual-On franchise. This is the first new Virtual-On title since Cyber Troopers Virtual-On Marz in 2003 for the PS2. Check out the new trailer by clicking below:

The team behind the Yakuza franchise have revealed a new game based on the Fist of the North Star franchise. Ryu Ga Gotoku Studios are currently developing Hokuto ga Gotoku for a launch on the 22nd of February 2018 in Japan. There is currently no word on whether the title will make its way to the West, but a new trailer that went live during the Tokyo Game Show is now available to watch by clicking below:

Total War: Warhammer II launches for PC on the 28th of September 2017 and is being developed by The Creative Assembly.
Another classic Sonic stage is making its way to Sonic Mania in the form of a remixed Chemical Plant Zone.
The new version of Chemical Plant Zone brings a whole host of new gimmicks with it. We’ve got mega-mack that can change colour which gives it different qualities like making it more springy, we’ve got sticky surfaces that you can launch yourself from and we’ve also got a new DNA-style transporter for launching Sonic/Tails/Knuckles onto higher paths.

Sonic Mania launches on PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch on the 15th of August 2015.
The official Sonic the Hedgehog YouTube channel has uploaded some new footage of Sonic Mania which showcases Knuckles doing his thing in the new version of Flying Battery Zone.
There’s lots of nods to the original stage layout from Sonic & Knuckles as well as entirely new areas to explore. Check out the new footage via the embed below:
