Enhanced Switch 2 Version of Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 Announced as Launch Title

An enhanced version of Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 is coming to Nintendo Switch 2 as Puyo Puyo Tetris 2S. This new version of the game will be a Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive title and release on June 15th 2025.

This Puyo Puyo vs Tetris mash-up puzzle game can be played with up to 4 players in multiplayer and features 12 game modes to participate in. A new mode called Puyo Tetris Doubles has been added and you can even play with a friend on the same board. The game has also been enhanced with mouse support that is now provided by the new Switch 2 joycons.

Raidou vs. the Soulless Army Remake Revealed, Releasing June 2025

Atlus JRPG Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. the Soulless Army is getting a remake for modern consoles as Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Army.

This Shin Megami Tensei spin-off originally released in 2006 for PS2. It was the first game in the Devil Summoner sub-series to feature real-time battles as well as being the first to be set in the past.

This new version of Raidou vs. the Soulless Army will release on Switch, Switch 2, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5 and PC on June 15th 2025. Development duties are being done by Atlus.

Yakuza 0 Director’s Cut Announced as a Switch 2 Exclusive

A special Director’s Cut version of Yakuza 0 is being released for the Nintendo Switch 2 as a launch title.

This new version of Ryu Ga Gotoku’s Yakuza series prequel features all new English voice acting alongside the appropriate facial animation to accomodate it. Subtitles for English, French, Italian, German and Spanish text is also available. The game will also feature some entirely new cut-scenes to help flesh out the game’s story.

In addition to these new features, a brand new online co-operative multiplayer mode called Red Light Raid has also been added. You and up to 3 friends can battle together in various missions to accumulate the most money by fighting hordes of enemies.
