YouTube Channel: Sonic Month!

The celebrate the 25th anniversary of the original Sonic the Hedgehog title, myself and Project Phoenix Productions are running a special month of Sonic-related videos and let’s plays on our respective YouTube channels.

Our channel will be hosting a Sonic Adventure let’s play while Project Phoenix Proudctions will be hosting a Sonic Adventure 2 let’s play (starting soon). We are joined by various members of the Sonic community for both and we’ve also got a roundtable discussion video live where myself, Titanscreed, The Gatestormer and Dreadknux discuss what the Sonic franchise means to us. Motosport Manager Coming to PC/Mac/Linux This September

SEGA have revealed that Playsport Games’ F1 management sim Motorsport Manager will launch on PC, Mac and Linux this September.

Previously available on mobile platforms, the game has been rebuilt from the ground up to make use of the extra hardware grunt that PCs can offer and it’s a considerably more feature-rich and prettier experience as a result.

SEGA 3D Classics Collection Confirmed for EU Release

In the latest edition of SEGA Europe’s SEGA Central YouTube series, community manager Dan Sheridan has confirmed that SEGA 3D Classics Collection will come to Europe and the delay to its launch in this region is, “subject to approval submissions”.

Sheridan couldn’t confirm a release date for the game but confirmation that it is coming to Europe is certainly a big step forward for SEGA Europe who have generally been quite late on the uptake of releasing games the American branch of SEGA have already committed to.

Dawn of War III Revealed for PC

SEGA and Relic Entertainment have just revealed Dawn of War III for PC. You can check out the announcement trailer for the latest in the RTS franchise below:

No release date has been revealed at this time but there’s a lot of hyperbole from executive producer Stephen MacDonald who has said, “this is the Dawn of War that fans have been waiting for. Our biggest units ever? Check. Giant orbital lasers? Check. Base-building, epic heroes, huge battles, it’s all in there. Get ready for the biggest Dawn of War yet. For the Emperor!”
