Sonic Jump Fever Coming to iOS and Android “Soon”

We’ve known about Sonic Jump Fever for a while thanks to its limited Canada-only release a little while back, but it looks like SEGA are almost ready to unleash the sequel on the rest of the world.

A new trailer has appeared on YouTube and promises a worldwide Android and iOS release “soon”. Check out the short trailer below:

Sonic Dash Revealed to be a Temple Run-Style Game

It has been revealed that the gameplay of recently announced iOS game Sonic Dash will be similar to that of endless running game Temple Run.

SEGA have specifically stated that Sonic will be “making a fast and frenzied 3D dash through stunning stages, as he navigates over, around, and through interminable dangers”. Also included is online leaderboards.

Sonic Dash will be available for iPod, iPhone and iPad devices “soon”.

Hardlight Studio Confirm Their New Mobile Game is Sonic Dash

A couple of days ago a LinkedIn job adverstisement for Hardlight Studio mentioned the game ‘Sonic Dash’ as a recent success for the studio. After a lot of speculation that this could be a new mobile game from Hardlight we finally have the official word from the studio:

“As so many of you have asked, yes we are working on a new mobile game.

And yes, it is Sonic Dash.

We’re very excited to announce more details very soon.”

So that settles that then. Hardlight Studio previously developed the new version of Sonic Jump.

New Sonic Jump Game Coming to iOS 18th of October

Sonic Jump was originally a Java game for earlier mobile phones, but now thanks to Hardlight Studio the game is being revived for iOS devices.

The new version of Sonic Jump launches on October the 18th and will set you back $1.99, AUD$1.99, £1.49 or €1.59 depending on your region. Check out the screen-grab below:
