Alongside the new trailer is a brand new movie poster that hearkens back to the cover artwork of the Sonic the Hedgehog 2 Mega Drive game. You can see the new poster at the top of this article.

Sonic the Hedgehog 2 releases worldwide on April 8th 2022. Jim Carrey reprises his role as Dr. Robotnik alongside Ben Schwartz as Sonic the Hedgehog, Idris Elba as Knuckles the Echidna and Colleen O’Shaughnessey as Miles “Tails” Prower. Jeff Fowler also returns to direct.
