The Nintendo Germany press release which previously stated that all 3 SEGA/Nintendo partnered Sonic games would release this year has been ammended to say that only Sonic: Lost World will receive a definite 2013 release. Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games and the unannounced third Sonic title have had their release status changed to “undecided”. There has also been confirmation from an IGN staff member that the unannounced Sonic title will arrive in 2014 and not 2013. The same staff member also confirmed the existence of a 3DS version of Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games to compliment the Wii-U release. Webmaster and lead writer at SEGADriven.
