The first trailer for the Golden Axe animated series coming to Paramount+ is now available to watch.

Debuting September 16th 2026, the Golden Axe series takes a comedic approach to adapting the story of the first Golden Axe game and features voice work of Matthew Rhys, Danny Pudi, Lisa Gilroy and Liam McIntyre. There’s a new character called Hampton Squib who is strung along on the adventure despite being inexperienced. Check it out:

Golden Axe is being animated by Titmouse, Inc. The series debuts on Paramount+ on September 16th 2026.
