A new expanded version of Andy Kelly’s Perfect Organism book is now available to pre-order through Lost in Cult. Perfect Organism: The Assembly Cut is an oral history of the making of The Creative Assembly’s 2014 game Alien Isolation. It also features commentary on the design, artwork and enemy AI, alongside a detailed breakdown of the entire game and cut content.
The original book was published by Unbound and sadly became a product of mismanagement as the company went into administration. As a result Kelly saw no profits from the original print of the book.
This new edition features new chapters and illustrations provided by artist Chancellor Stokes. It is limited to 500 copies and can be pre-ordered right now through Lost in Cult’s website.
