Video Spotlight: Modern Sonic’s Green Hill in Full

Want to see a complete act of modern Sonic’s Green Hill from Sonic Generations?

I think it’s safe to say the Hedgehog Engine that made it’s debut in Sonic Unleashed is definitely powering Sonic Generations. You could easily mistake this video for the announcement of new DLC for Unleashed!

I agree with this, and honestly don’t see it as a bad thing at all as Sonic Unleashed is probably my favourite 3D Sonic game so far. I gotta say I’d have prefered the GHZ level (although not necesarily later levels as I am a sucker fo blue skied levels, and just want to get on and done with those that don’t fit this bill) to be a little less linear. Because the original GHZ totally wasn’t, so why should a modern update be inferior? I’m also not a particular fan of the GHZ remix featured here , but thats just me being fussy ^^
Can’t wait to play this I gotta say!

Not too sure where I stand with Sonic Unleashed. It was a bit too ‘press boost to win!’ for my liking. Don’t get me started on the Werehog. The less said about that the better. It was a gorgeous game though.

As for the Green Hill remix, I think it’s done quite well. I think it sounds a little better during the boosts as the drums speed up and make it sound a bit more exciting.
