Streets of Rage – Composed by Yuzo Koshiro (Vinyl Release by Data Discs)

A 2015 vinyl release of Yuzo Koshiro’s soundtrack to Streets of Rage. This is the 1st SEGA vinyl release by Data Discs and includes an obi strip (which will appear on all Data Discs releases going forward) and 2 lithographs of the Japanese and Western artwork for the game. This is the limited edition variant which comes on translucent red vinyl with black splatter and contains a pack of character art cards that come in a small envelope stamped with the Data Discs logo. Larger pressings are also available on red vinyl and black vinyl. The record plays at 33rpm. Both sides also contain etchings in the run-out grooves which contain quotes from the game. The B side also feature locked groove which means the run-out groove doesn’t end and repeatedly plays a sound effect from the game.
