The Honey Bee model number SG-6 is another third party 6 button Mega Drive controller by Competition Pro. Unlike the SG-8 and SG-18, the SG-6 doesn’t have any turbo or slow motion functionality and instead focuses on replicating the same functionality as an official 6 button controller. However, its form factor is similar to that of an original 3 button controller. Despite this, the form factor is actually smaller than an official 3 button controller and despite some added thickness, the controller is similar in size to an official 6 button controller. The mode button is situated on the face of the controller instead of being a shoulder button like on an official 6 button controller.
