Compile Heart have revealed they are in the early stages of developing a new Madō Monogatari game in collaboration with SEGA.
The Madō Monogatari series has been a Japan exclusive line of dungeon crawler RPGs that feature characters that would later appear in the Puyo Puyo franchise. Games in the series have appeared on MSX, Game Gear, Mega Drive, SNES and SEGA Saturn.
As the game is currently in early development it is not clear when it will release and what platforms are being targeted. There is also no word on whether the game will see a Western release at this time.
